§ 1 Scope
These T&Cs apply to all treatments by PORTUPELL Skincare LASER, Mittelweg 174, 20148 Hamburg. By booking an appointment, the client accepts these T&Cs.
§ 2 Appointment booking
A treatment contract is concluded upon confirmation of the appointment. The studio reserves the right to decline bookings where contraindications exist.
§ 3 Cancellation & rebooking
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. For late cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the treatment price will be charged. For Treatwell bookings, the platform's cancellation policy additionally applies (also 24h deadline).
§ 4 Prices & payment
All prices are final prices incl. VAT. Payment after treatment on-site (cash, debit or credit card). Promotional discounts apply to new clients only within the specified period.
§ 5 Contraindications
Clients must truthfully disclose their health status before treatment begins. Treatments may be declined in cases of:
All cosmetic treatments (general): Acute infectious diseases or fever, severely compromised immune system, known allergies to products or active ingredients used, or severe skin conditions in the treatment area.
Laser & Microneedling: Pregnancy/breastfeeding, active skin conditions in the treatment area, recent tanning (sun, sunbed, self-tanner), photosensitising medications or antibiotics, isotretinoin (6-month break required), blood thinners, pacemakers or active implants, blood clotting disorders.
Facial massages: Thrombosis or suspected thrombosis, fresh injuries or open wounds in the treatment area, severe rosacea or active acne in the massage area.
If relevant contraindications are not disclosed, the client bears liability for any resulting damages.
§ 6 Liability & warranty
The studio provides all services to current professional standards and applicable hygiene regulations. It is expressly noted:
General (all treatments): All services offered are cosmetic in nature and do not replace medical, clinical or therapeutic treatment. Please consult a doctor for health concerns. Results vary individually and cannot be compared to other persons' results. Product intolerances or reactions to active ingredients that occur despite careful consultation do not constitute studio liability, provided the client has fully disclosed relevant information.
Laser hair removal: Complete, permanent hair removal cannot be guaranteed in every case. Results depend on skin type, hair colour and hormone levels.
Microneedling & Laser Lifting: Temporary redness and mild swelling after treatment are normal and do not constitute a treatment error.
Facial massages: Results such as relaxation, improved circulation or improved skin appearance vary individually and do not constitute a medically guaranteed effect.
Photos and results on this website are individual examples and do not constitute guaranteed properties. The studio's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 7 NiSV compliance
All laser and microneedling treatments are carried out by certified professionals in accordance with NiSV. Microneedling exclusively within the cosmetically permitted depth (max. 0.5 mm).
§ 8 Data protection
Health data is collected solely for treatment purposes (Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR) and is not passed on to third parties.
§ 9–10 Changes · Jurisdiction
T&Cs may be updated at any time. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Hamburg. As of: May 2026.
